Hold Your Adjustment

Movements to avoid during the first 24 hours after an adjustment to help your spine hold its correction.

Holding Your Upper Cervical Adjustment

The main goal of Upper Cervical / Blair Chiropractic care is to keep your correction in place as long as possible. The longer your spine stays in alignment, the faster your body can heal and reverse the damage that has built up over time.

The restrictions below apply to the first 24 hours after your adjustment. Find your specific listing and avoid the movements listed for it.
